We ship your favorite Tofutti products across the country in the convenience of you own home! Our main goal is to give you the excellent quality you have come to expect from Tofutti, now online! Your order is processed immediately and is shipped to you 1-2 business days after processing.  Please reference our zone chart for information on your location in regards to our New Jersey warehouse.

1. Do any Tofutti products contain dairy?

All of our products are certified Kosher Parve, which means that none of our products ever contain any dairy whatsoever. This means no milk byproducts either, such as casein, whey, or skim milk powder. In order to make certain that there is no dairy in a product; always look for a Kosher Parve symbol. That symbol certifies that the product is completely dairy/casein free.

1. What are shipping rates?

We currently have seven shipping zones, and shipping prices vary depending on the zone the products are shipped to.  At this time, we ship from our New Jersey warehouse via UPS. Please refer to our zone chart for more information.

1. What are accepted payment methods?

Our payments are processed using Paypal.  We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.  We also accept payments from Paypal accounts. Sorry, no e-checks.

1. What factors are taken into account with the cost of shipping?

Because we ship perishable products, special factors must be taken to ensure that you receive fresh items.  During transit, items must be properly refrigerated.  In addition, shipping is always expedited to ensure that packages are delivered in a timely manner.

1. How long will it take for my package to arrive?

All packages are delivered 1-2 days after they are shipped.

1. Does my shipment require signature upon delivery?

No, shipments do not require a signature upon delivery.  While placing your order, in the Paypal note section, you may write specific instructions for the delivery person in the event that no one is available to accept the package at the shipping address.  For instance, you may allow them to leave your package at your doorstep, or perhaps with a neighbor.  However, bear in mind that Tofutti products are perishables, so they cannot be kept away from refrigeration for an extended period of time.
If Signature required is specified, Tofutti is not responsible for product that is not received on time.

1. Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada?

At this time, we only ship to the continental U.S. (48 states).  We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
