Vegan Mayonnaise - The Vegan Screen

“Vegan Mayonnaise”

1/2 cup of Tofutti Better Than Sour Cream
1/4 cup of canola oil
2 tablespoons of water
1/2 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
1/4 teaspoon of ground mustard powder


Combine all of the ingredients in a blender (preferably a high powered one) and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides with a spatula if necessary. Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir before using. Makes about 1 cup.
