Double Cucumber Dip

Ingredients:

1 7 inch cucumber, grated

1/2 small onion, grated

1/2 cup Garden Cucumber Dippity Doo Dah Dip (or Better Than Sour Cream)

1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon za’atar (optional, but recommended)

1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning + a pinch for garnish

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill + a sprig for garnish

Directions:

Grate cucumber and onion. Place in a kitchen towel, twist top, and press out as much moisture as you can, holding the towel with one hand, and repeatedly squeezing the ball of cucumber and onion as firmly as possible with the other until no more moisture is emitted.

In a medium bowl, whisk together dip, vinegar, za’atar, everything bagel seasoning, black pepper, and dill. Stir squeezed vegetables into dip mixture and serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with a pinch of everything bagel seasoning and a sprig of dill.

Serve with chips of your choice. Pita or bagel chips recommended.
