Vegan Cream Cheese Pecan Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped dried cranberries
1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios
3 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
64 large pecan halves
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pecan halves with a fork. Scoop 1 teaspoon of mixture, roll into a ball between palms, and gently press between two pecan halves.
Refrigerate in a single layer in airtight container until serving time.
Yields 32 balls.
