Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups vegan chocolate wafer crumbs

2 tablespoons sugar

5 tablespoons melted vegan butter

11 Tofutti Cuties, unwrapped (one flavor or combination)

4 pints Tofutti frozen dessert, softened (different flavors to create distinct layers)

1/2 cup vegan whipped cream

Garnishes: chocolate chips, walnut halves, additional wafer crumbs, drizzled ice cream toppings, etc.

Directions:

In a small bowl, use a fork to combine wafer crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.

Line 8-inch springform pan with 11 Tofutti Cuties, standing them on their short ends, side-to-side. Firmly press 1 cup crumb mixture into bottom of pan all the way to edges of Cuties.

In large bowl, whisk together 2 pints Tofutti frozen dessert and spoon into crust, smoothing top. Repeat with remaining 2 pints. (Do this even if using all the same flavor to make volume more manageable.)

Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup crumb mixture, cover, and freeze. Spread vegan whipped cream in center and garnish as desired. Serve immediately or cover and freeze until serving time.

For later serving, allow to soften for a few minutes before removing sides, slice with a sharp thin or serrated knife, and serve.
